Corning Division (abandoned)

Division History

The Corning Division was in bad shape when Pennrail was formed, with many sections out of service 15 years due to Hurricane Agnes. Pennrail's early financial struggles left no capital money available for its rehabilitation, and it was abandoned within a few years.
